Everhive: UX Strategy for a High-Impact Workforce Platform

Everhive, a workforce management startup, needed a UX strategy to establish credibility and drive conversions in a competitive B2B space. I led research, restructured navigation, and developed wireframes that streamlined the user experience—resulting in a clearer, more engaging, and conversion-driven platform.

Project Overview

A B2B workforce platform needed a UX strategy to improve credibility and conversions in a competitive space.
I partnered with HeiPro Digital to conduct user research, restructure navigation, and develop wireframes that streamlined the experience. The result? A high-impact B2B platform that enhances user trust, drives engagement, and positions Everhive as an industry leader.

The Challenge: Everhive’s Website Wasn’t Converting

Everhive needed a clear, conversion-optimized UX strategy to establish credibility in the workforce management space. However, key issues were limiting its success:

  • Confusing Market Positioning – Users struggled to understand Everhive’s value in a competitive industry.

  • Low Conversion Rates – The website lacked lead generation best practices, impacting engagement.

  • Navigation & Information Clarity Issues – Workforce solutions weren’t effectively structured, making it difficult to explore offerings.

Everhive needed a research-driven UX approach to fix these problems—ensuring a seamless, engaging, and high-converting experience.

The Solution: A Research-Led UX Strategy to Drive Engagement

To position Everhive as a credible industry leader, I focused on improving content clarity, streamlining navigation, and optimizing conversion pathways through a research-driven UX strategy.

🔍 User Research & Competitive Analysis – Conducted interviews with potential clients to understand workforce management challenges and refine market positioning.
📂 Information Architecture Overhaul – Restructured navigation to improve discoverability and streamline the user journey.
🎨 Wireframing & UX Testing – Developed low-fidelity prototypes, tested flows with users, and iterated based on feedback.

The redesigned experience now serves as a scalable foundation, reinforcing Everhive’s credibility and improving long-term user engagement.

The Outcome: A Scalable, Conversion-Optimized B2B Platform

Leveraging user-centered strategy and optimized information architecture, we transformed Everhive’s website into a high-impact B2B platform, increasing engagement and reinforcing industry credibility.

Key Results:

  • Improved lead generation – The redesigned website positioned Everhive as a thought leader, attracting a higher volume of qualified leads.

  • Enhanced usability – Streamlined content and navigation improved user understanding and engagement, making it easier for potential clients to explore workforce management solutions.

  • Stronger brand positioning – A clear, research-driven site structure differentiated Everhive from competitors, reinforcing credibility in a competitive market.

  • Scalable foundation – The new UX framework enabled a flexible, evolving design that grows alongside Everhive’s expanding service offerings.

The HeiPro team was able to extract a complicated abstract from my head into an amazing website that continues to get rave reviews. Nothing was off the table in terms of ideas and design. What’s even more incredible is that the team thinks of all aspects to make it easier — from copywriting and SEO to ensuring they are capturing our personality in their design.

Project Team

This project was a collaborative effort across UX, design, content strategy, and SEO, ensuring a seamless and impactful digital transformation.

Lessons Learned

Through this project, I gained key insights into designing for B2B audiences in a competitive industry. Some of my biggest takeaways include:

  • Early stakeholder alignment accelerates success – Engaging Everhive’s leadership team earlier in the UX process could have streamlined decision-making and ensured faster iteration cycles.

  • User education is key in complex industries – Workforce management solutions can be difficult to grasp, so simplifying language and structuring content intuitively was just as important as UX/UI enhancements.

  • Strategic CTAs improve conversions – Placing calls-to-action in high-engagement areas (rather than just the header and footer) noticeably improved usability and lead generation.

For future projects, I’d integrate even earlier usability testing to validate key assumptions, reduce friction points, and refine the user experience even further.
